Married over 15 years and business partners for nearly 10 years Justin and Courtney are often referred to as a “power-couple”. Justin and Courtney co-founded Dunlap Ridge with a shared vision of creating getaways for those looking to explore, relax and unwind in a setting that blends the outdoors with modern amenities and luxurious finishes. With the goal of curating a unique guest experience with each cabin, Justin and Courtney collaborated on the design and construction to create a one of a kind stay. Courtney focuses on marrying hospitality and aesthetics, ensuring that every guest feels at home, inspired and refreshed. She has a way of making a space feel polished without coming off pretentious, like a 5 star experience at your best friend’s guest house. Justin takes on the role of head of construction overseeing the entire development process from site infrastructure and cabin placement to day to day building activities.
When they’re not busy running their businesses, Justin and Courtney enjoy traveling, time out doors, cooking, and spending time with their shih-tsu’s Honey and Tucker.

With a background in sales and marketing, specifically in real estate and home improvement Justin oversees the overall business operations while focusing on future growth and development of the Dunlap Ridge portfolio of properties.
Courtney Hamilton
COO + CDO
With a background in nursing and a desire to create beautiful spaces, Courtney brings compassion and hospitality to every aspect of her role as COO. Courtney oversees the day to day operations of hospitality management and works closely with Dunlap Ridge’s personal Hospitality Manager to see that every guest feels as if they are VIP. She prides herself on knowing each and every guest by name and strives to make their trip memorable. Every thoughtful design detail from the color palate of each cabin to the bath robes, windows, and linen are intentionally implemented to induce a feeling of luxury.
Reilly Cox
Hospitality Manager
With a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, Reilly Cox ensures that every stay at Dunlap Ridge is seamless, personalized, and truly special. As the Hospitality Manager, she is the go-to person for all things guest-related—whether it’s arranging thoughtful surprises, curating the perfect itinerary, or helping stock the fridge with your favorite meals and snacks. Her goal is making sure that every guest leaves feeling refreshed, inspired, and eager to return!
Reilly brings a deep appreciation for hospitality and detail, making every aspect of your stay feel effortless and elevated. Her commitment to service extends beyond logistics—she takes pride in crafting moments that turn a getaway into an experience, whether it’s a cozy night by the fire or a guided adventure through the beauty of Hocking Hills!
When she’s not ensuring that Dunlap Ridge guests have everything they need for a perfect stay, Reilly enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling to discover new places!
